He is survived by: his children, Lawrence E. Sims, Sr. (Valerie) of Aurora, Karl I. Sims of Aurora, Myron R. Sims of Denver, Anthony W. Sims of Aurora, James L Sims (Arla) of Fort Collins, Marshall E. Sims of Aurora, Colorado, Sharon M. Bradstreet of Vallejo and Monica L. Sims Guss (Pastor Malcolm) of Aurora, Colorado. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
