He is survived by: his wife Denise Tierney Katz (Deny); his former wife Dr Phyllis Katz; his children, Martin Katz and Margaret Katz Cann; his daughter-in-law Phoenix Cai; his grandsons, Alejandro (Nicolette), Francisco Katz (Cisco), Harrison Cann and Simon Cann; and his great grandchildren, Ava and Charlotte Katz (Charlie).
