It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrea Koenig (Denver, Colorado), born in Yuma, Colorado, who passed away on March 16, 2020, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her stepfather Mark Haruf; and her stepbrother Marki Haruf. She is survived by: her parents, Kathy Haruf of Highlands Ranch, CO and Dean Koenig of Yuma, CO.; her siblings, Wendy Wyatt (Phil) and Rick Koenig (Nicole); her stepsister Lexi Owens (Rob); and her nieces and nephews, Makenna, Gabriella, Isabella Koenig, Michael, Christopher, David and Daniel Wyatt (Laurel). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and a countless legion of friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bike Racing Association of Colorado (BRAC), Team Colorado Junior Program that supports and encourages young bicyclists in Colorado and southeastern Wyoming.
