He was predeceased by: his grandmother Christina Schrader; his parents, Roy Blair and Mildred Blair; and his sister Betty Hinsen. He is survived by: his wife Loyola Blair; and his children, Tina Oeltjenbruns (Dennis), Paul Calvillo (Aimee) and Scott Blair (Bev). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 great granddaughters.
