He is survived by: his wife LaDell Hines; his children, Nolan (Erin Britain), Kaylee (Nolan Davis), Macey, Brady and Ron; his granddaughters, Isabelle and Abigail; and his great grandchildren, Dawson, Oaklyn, Kamri, Chandler and Kendall.

Ted's family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hope West Hospice.
