He was predeceased by: his grandfather Kenneth Church; his siblings, Jason Wells and Kacey Wells; and his cousin Layton Graf. He is survived by: his daughter Isabella Wells of Delta; his sisters, MacKenzy Wells of Grand Junction, Alyssa Miller (Heath) of Rock Springs, WY and Cedar Martin (Jacob) of Kalispell, MT; and his grandparents, LeRoy and Lillian Wells of Delta. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
