Neely and Brenda S. Neely; his stepdaughters, Cheryl Rusy (Neal) and Cheri Roberts (Dusty); and his siblings, Larry C. Neely, Nila Tortoriello (Bill), Cheryl Kline (Edd) and Terri Herrmann (Tony). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
