He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Robert Teal. He is survived by: his son Kevin D. The (Sarah); his wife Deborah Marlene Teal (Rule); his son Gregory Teal (Jodi); his mother Doris Irene Teal (Zorb); and his sisters, Barbara Knopp (Russ) and LeRae Templeton (Steve). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
