She was predeceased by: her parents, Naomi Head (Blakenship) and Walter Head; and her brothers, Donald Head, Harvey Head, Theodore Head and Howard Head.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce Tullio of Delta, CO; her children, Michael Littlefield (Christy) of Glencoe, OK, Daniel Littlefield (Guin) of Grand Junction, CO, Laura Lee Lee (Carey) of Grand Junction, CO, Brooke Tullio of Montrose, CO and Cara Moore (Ron) of Fruita, CO; and her sister Bonnie Creamer (Larry). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
