It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mabel I. Howard (Delta, Colorado), who passed away on April 18, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Guy Howard, Marjorie Long, Orpha Miley, Clara Marshall, Thelma Mosher, Merle Payne and Myrtle Howard. She is also survived by three nieces and two nephews.
