He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J Fay and Marie J. Fay Larry (Sanger). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his sons, Mike (Donna) and Tim (Kizzy); his grandchildren, Steven and Miranda; his brothers, Jim (late Shirley) and Rich (Marilyn); and his sisters-in-law, Barbara and Nancy (Jerry).
