She is survived by: her son William Spiker (Amy); her grandsons, Cody Spiker and Devin Spiker (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Jakson and LunaBelle; her grandchildren, Aspen Spiker, Mason Spiker, Kamryn Spiker and Ashton Spiker; her siblings, Jim Langford and Janet (John); and her niece Judy Reed.
