He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Radcliff and Virgil Koppes. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Gladfelder; his children, Sara Mendenhall (Cimarron) of Grand Junction, Colorado, Amy Lawson (Adrian) of Spokane, Washington and Bryan Koppes (Jennifer) of Billings, Montana; his siblings, Joe (Connie) of Greeley, Colorado, Don of Delta, Colorado, Jerry Koppes (Jan) of Chicago, Illinois, Rebecca Koppes-Conway (Sean) of Merritt Island, Florida and Diane Suttle of Montrose; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Madison Mendenhall, Mikayla Hampton (Jordon), Jordan Darnell, Kyler, Daine Koppes, Axel, Austin and Ainsley Lawson.
