He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his daughter Jamie Koncher (Chad) of Caldwell; his stepdaughter JaciLu House (Matt) of Nunn, Colorado; his siblings, Lynn Hall (Brenda) of Arizona, James Hall (Carlene) of Doss, Texas and Joyce; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Branden and Blakely.
