He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Low and Ethelyn Low (Twila). He is survived by: his wife Twila Valaer; and his sisters, Anita Cowell and Margaret Crossman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Taylor Funeral Services & Crematory - Delta (682 1725 Rd, Delta, CO 81416).
Jim had requested donations be made to Delta Hospital Oncology Department.
