She was predeceased by: her parents, John Munoz and Mary Munoz; her sons, Raymond Chavez and David Chavez; and her siblings, Fred Munoz and Ruby Valdez.
She is survived by: her husband Gilbert of Delta; and her children, Monica Chavez of Los Angeles, Barbara San Nicolas (Gil) of Indiana and Roman Chavez of Hailey. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
