He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Sullivan and Mark Phillips; his great grandchild Gabriel; and his son-in-law Eugene. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Phillips (Charlotte) of Spring and Mary Grant of Lake Villa; and his brothers, Max, Don and Glen Phillips. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and sixteen great grandchildren.
