He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald R. Chism and Florence E. Chism (Stewart); and his wife Connie Chism. He is survived by: his sons, Troy Chism (Danielle) of Grand Junction, CO, Bernie Chism (Amy) of Montrose, CO and Jonathan Chism (Nichole) of Grand Junction, CO; and his siblings, Lloyd Chism (Susie) of Oklahoma, Vernon Chism (Mary) of Georgia, Donna Chism of Nevada and Beth Brown of Nevada. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
