He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Lee (Phipps) and Charles Kenneth Baldwin Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Skylar Bleu Baldwin of Grand Junction and Spensyr Kubat of Oak Harbor; and his siblings, Chuck Baldwin (Starr) of Delta, Greg Baldwin (Beth) of Elizabeth and Denise Byers-Johnson of Grand Junction. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and two grandchildren.
