It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Jane Ruble (Delta, Colorado), who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Jane Tilley and Billie Edward Rumsey. She is survived by: her husband John William Ruble (Bill) of Delta; her sons, Bryon Ruble (Cynthia) and Brad Ruble (Sherry); her stepson Jess Ruble (Candice); and her siblings, Mary Nelson (Richard), Dee Peterson (Bill) and Michael Rumsey (Susan). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
