She was predeceased by: her parents, Ysidoro Arellano and Porfiria Arellano; her sons, Patricio and Alfonso Vigil; and her siblings, Urselita, Maria De La Luz, Secarita, Bernabe, Odulia, Josephina, Cordelia, Carmel, Elsira, Celso, Celedonio and Antonio.
She is survived by: her husband Abe Valdez; her sons, Juan Vigil of La Junta, CO and Michael J. Vigil of Del Norte, CO; her stepdaughters, Marcella Gonzales (Frank) and Martha Hagan; and her daughter-in-law JoAnn Sanz (Phil). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
