She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Paul Church and Daisy Helen Church; and her brother Kenneth Church. She is survived by: her children, Le Titia Sloan (Timothy) of Stone Mountain, GA and Christopher Riddick of Del Norte, CO; her grandchildren, Tiara Monet King Haynes, Tevon Cassatt and Tamia Sloan; her great grandchildren, Alijah King, Aiyana Spencer and Carson Haynes; and her sisters, SiDina Church, Venitia Church and Cedonnia Church. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
