He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Paul Wagner and Jacqueline Harper Wagner. He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Ann Wagner-Hernandez of Del Norte, CO, Helen Jean Wagner of Del Norte, CO and Paul William Wagner (Kathy) of Libby, MT; his nephews, Chad Wagner of Montana, Corey Wagner of Montana and Justin Wagner of Vermont; his niece Tiffany Gonzales of Del Norte, CO; and his great-niece Valerie of Del Norte. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
