She was loved and cherished by many people including: her great-grandparent Senator A. E. Headlee; her husband Bill Hill; her parents, George Phillips and Betty Phillips (Headlee); her brother Paul Phillips; her sons, Carl Hill (Cindy) of Del Norte and Jon Hill (Julie) of Peyton; her grandchildren, Thad Hill (Stephanie), Taylor Hill (Madison), Miranda Hill (Trey) and Bailey Hill; her great grandchildren, Lorelei, Brooke, Julie and George; her brother Gary Phillips (Karen) of Virginia; and her sisters-in-law, Diane Phillips of Monte Vista, Katherine, Murry Polk, Monica and Irene Falk.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rio Grande Hospital in care of Rogers Family Mortuary.
