With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Thomas A. Payne of Crook, Colorado, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Raymond Payne and Elaine Payne (Robertson); his brother Rocky Payne; and his wife Tammy Schneider. He is survived by: his children, Shane Schneider (Candace Osborne) of Cheyenne, WY, Jacob Schneider (Paige) of Cheyenne, WY, Casey "Bubba" Payne (Melissa) of Sidney, NE and Kim Ward (Benjamin) of Cheyenne, WY; his grandchildren, Quinn Schneider, Brynlee Payne, Grayden Payne and Hunter Osborn; and his nephews, Caleb Payne, Jason Payne, Brian Payne and Scotty Payne.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crook Community Center (105 1st St, Crook, CO 80726).
