He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Raymond Payne and Elaine Payne (Robertson); his brother Rocky Payne; and his wife Tammy Schneider. He is survived by: his children, Shane Schneider (Candace Osborne) of Cheyenne, WY, Jacob Schneider (Paige) of Cheyenne, WY, Casey "Bubba" Payne (Melissa) of Sidney, NE and Kim Ward (Benjamin) of Cheyenne, WY; his grandchildren, Quinn Schneider, Brynlee Payne, Grayden Payne and Hunter Osborn; and his nephews, Caleb Payne, Jason Payne, Brian Payne and Scotty Payne.
