Huss of Crook, Colorado, born in Sterling, Colorado, who passed away on September 27, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob and Henrietta; his brother Jim Huss; and his parents-in-law, Albert and Mollie Lauer.
He is survived by: his wife Dolly Huss of Crook; his children, Lisa Dattore (Bob) of Broomfield, CO, Dena Gerk (Rich) of Haxtun and Dave Huss (Jamie) of Iliff; his grandchildren, Emily Stevens (Patrick) of Houston, TX, Eric Dattore of Denver, Jake Gerk of Severence, CO, Megan Gerk of Severance, CO, Joey Gerk of Haxtun, Michael Gerk of Haxtun, Taylor Huss of Cheyenne, WY, Peyton Huss of Illiff, Dylan Huss of Iliff and Karsyn Huss of Iliff; his siblings, Don Huss (Joan), Joe Huss (Dian), Joanne Parry (Steve), Tom Huss (Brenda) and Gary Huss (Joyce); and his aunt Suzy Gertge. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
