He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Devie and Mary Devie (Hershfeldt); his sisters, Ramona Devie and Francis Lane; his siblings-in-law, Wayne Koehler, Henry Lane and Joann Devie; and his brother William Devie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Daina Hanley of Sidney, NE, Sadie Woelfel (Travis) of Sidney, NE and Chanda DeMasters (Derk) of Sidney, NE.; his grandchildren, Drake, Lorien DeMasters, Ryker, Haven Hanley, Blake and Ryelynn Woelfel; his siblings, Richard Devie of North Carolina, Vonna Koehler of Golden, CO, Lorraine Snow (JoRush) of Arvada, CO and Irene Mansuetti (Charles) of Sterling, CO; and his sister-in-law Dora Devie of Sedgwick, CO. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
A rosary will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (333 S 3rd St, Sterling, CO 80751). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
