He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. "Shorty" and Charlotte Chambers (Berry); his wife Frances Chambers (Sweeney); his son Chuck Chambers; and his siblings, Alice, Wallace and Rodney.
He is survived by: his son Patrick Chambers; and his nieces and nephews, Becky Kline, Pam Lowry, Danny McClain, Zane McClain and Ray McClain.
