He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. and Mary E. Paxton (Kuntz); his brother Bill; his grandson Chris; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Fuchs and Penny Paxton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dannette Freudenberg (Ray) of Tucson, AZ and Tonia Tyner of Montrose, CO; his grandchildren, Amanda, Michael, Jami and Kal; his great grandchild Alice; his siblings, Glenn Paxton (Debi) of Phoenix, AZ, Jim Paxton (Christy) of LaPorte, CO, Ed Paxton of Oak Creek, CO, Eunice Linton (Mike) of Craig, CO and Mary Fuchs (Doug Heimsoth) of Sweet Springs, MO; and his sister-in-law Virginia Paxton (Pam) of Page, NE. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, his aunts and cousins and numerous friends.
