With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kelly Nicole Bays (Craig, Colorado), born in Westminster, Colorado, who passed away on November 28, 2019 at the age of 25. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kelly Nicole Bays to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen Jean Robertson and Scott Frederick Bays (Robin). She is survived by: her son Lougen Wieland; and her siblings, Kristy McDonald (Travis), Heather Davis (Kyle), Cara Scurlock (Conner Jurgensen), Brittany Scurlock, Eric Boyer (Angela), Robert Boyer, Christopher Davis (Taray) and Elvis Campbell. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
