He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard Bouldin and Dorothy Oughtred Bouldin; and his siblings, Alice and Charles Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Waugh; his sons, Scott and Todd; his children-in-law, Kim Bouldin and Emily Latta; and his grandchildren, Lillian Wood and Cooper Wood. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the Chaffee County Community Foundation or the LOVE fund at the First Presbyterian Church.
