He is survived by: his wife Amy Woltering of Craig, CO; his daughter Ariana Fallon (Wren) of Mascoutah, IL; his parents, David Woltering and Lena Woltering of Belleville, IL; and his siblings, Ben Woltering of Scottsdale, AZ and Cate Rousseau (Joe) of St. Louis, MO.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Jake's memory to Anxiety & Depression Association of America.
