With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ervin Ernest Gerber (Craig, Colorado), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Ervin Ernest left this world on December 5, 2024 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gerber and Goldie Gerber (Echternkamp); his son Darrell Gerber (Wade); his daughter-in-law Ashley James; and his siblings, Leonard Gerber, John Gerber, Maxine Brannan, Edna Brannan, Ruby Richardson, Bill Gerber, Steve Gerber, Eldon Gerber, Mary Black and Judy Ruth.

He is survived by: his wife Arloa Gerber (Gentry); his son Wade Gerber (Tinneal); his grandsons, Tyler (Corinne) and Kearn Gerber (Sierra); his great grandchildren, Dawson and Harvey Gerber; and his siblings, Norma Herman, Goldie Arroyo (Joe) and Jim Gerber. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Grant Mortuary (621 Yampa Ave, Craig, CO 81625). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Moffat County High School (900 Finley Ln, Craig, CO 81625).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ervin's memory to Moffat County 4-H in care of Grant Mortuary, 621 Yampa Avenue, Craig, Colorado 81625.
