He was predeceased by: his parents, George Theron Foster and Romaine Foster (Hanzon). He is survived by: his wife Sheri Lee Foster (Szlapka); his sons, John Daniel Foster (BobbieJo) and David Sean Foster (Amanda); his grandson Torin; and his siblings, Michael Theron Foster, Kenneth Anthony Foster, Nancy Lynn Tevault (Foster), Laura Lee Golden (Foster), Lisa Marie Pinto (Foster) and Jeffrey Allen Foster. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to St. Judes.
