He is survived by: his mother Gwen Shaffer; his wife Terry Crouse; his daughters, Tammy Crouse, Stacey Schad (Marty), Melissa Tarr (Tony) and Joy Padilla (Juan); his grandchildren, Mandi Bailey (Brett), Jordyn Kincaid, Kris Enger, Steffani Gerber, John Isaacs, Tara Gerber, Dylan Kincaid, Courtney Karr, Brianna Padilla, Darin Padilla, Katie Hunter and TJ Tarr; his great grandchildren, Nick, Alahna and Zoei Bailey; his siblings, Vern Crouse (Lee) and Sandi Ahnsted (Brett); and his sisters-in-law, Yvonne Turner and Janet Bacon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
