Butch Gross Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Butch Gross (Craig, Colorado), who passed away on December 21, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Butch may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Butch touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Woodrow Gross and Gertrude Louise Speckman; and his siblings, Vern Jr. (Sonny), Carl Gross, Leona Kawalke and Tracy Habel.
He is survived by: his daughter Floydene; his son-in-law Bill Orchard of Baggs, WY; his grandsons, Colton Orchard of Douglas, WY and Clay Orchard of Dixon, WY; and his sister Edith Schiller of Bakersfield, CA. He is also survived by his many nieces/nephews and close friends.
