He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Campbell and Jean Campbell (Taylor); and his wife Loretta Marie Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Craig Campbell (Tess) of Cortez, CO, Lori Steveson (Keith) of Midlothian, TX, Traci Campbell of Mansfield, TX, Kara Newlands (Duncan) of Katy, TX and Eric Campbell of Cortez, CO; and his sisters, Vicki Wadsworth of Phoenix, AZ and Lynn Dellaria.
