He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leslie and Joanne Marie Belcher (Humphreys); and his brother Kelly Belcher. He is survived by: his sisters, Jo Alice Belcher of Cortez, CO and Jana Belcher of Cortez, CO; and his friends, Hazen Brown and Todd Ehlert.
