She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Elsworth Carter and Lillie May Carter (Howe); her son Thomas H Ayers; and her siblings, John Jay Carter, Robert Carter, Edward Carter, Herbert Carter, Daniel Carter, Mary Elline Carter, Lila Carter and Sally Ann Carter Cannon.
She is survived by: her husband David Wesley Ayers; her children, David C Ayers (Robbie) of Wickenburg, AZ, Dany J. (Bo), Denny R Ayers (Sharon) of Fort Morgan, CO, Don L Ayers (Cheryl) of Egnar, CO, Barbara J. Ayers Curtis (Emmett) of Egnar, CO and Sandy A Ayers McFarland (Pete) of New Castle, WY; and her sisters, Patsy May Bennett of Prineville, OR and Billie Jean Baskett of Cortez, CO. She is also survived by twenty five grandkids, twenty three great grandkids, nine great-great grandkids and numerous nieces and nephews.
