It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Millard A. Higgins (Cortez, Colorado), who passed away on October 14, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Denton "Dent" Higgins and Louise Margeritte Higgins (Miller); and his brother Billy Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Eva Joylene (Wilson); his sons, Danny Higgins (LeAnn) of Dolores, Steve Higgins (Cindy) of Blanding, UT, Kenneth "Kenny" Higgins (Judi) of Cortez, Doyle Higgins (Patricia) of Dolores, Darrell (Barbara) of Cortez and Duane (Debra) of Cortez; his grandchildren, Heath, Allen, Amanda J, David, Orrin, Shilo, McKenzie, Rodney, Mickey, Karissa, Krystal, Teresa, Tonya and Tamara; his siblings, Revis Higgins of Cortez, Colo, D. Royce Higgins of Cortez, Ervil Higgins of Lewis, Don Higgins of Bloomfield, N. M., Myrle Higgins of Peoria, Ariz and Arvita Higgins of Albuquerque, N. M.; his daughter-in-law LeAnn Hindmarsh-Higgins; his grandchildren, Sandra Higgins, Jesse D. Higgins (JD) and John Higgins; and his brother Virgil Higgins.
