He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Allen Eugene and Pearl Lewis (Rodgers); his wife Bobbie Lewis; his children, Connie Baer and Mike Nielson; and his siblings, Orville, Dale, Eldred, Prentice, Emma, Opal, Minnie, Milda, Dick, Clem, Verda, Darl, Clyde and Frank.
He is survived by: his children, Dana Litchlyter of Fruita, CO, Lorri Lewis of Cortez, CO, Lana Lewis Sulkey (John) of Cedaredge, CO and Loren Lewis of Cortez, CO; his son-in-law Rick Baer of Grand Junction, CO; and his close friend Barbara Glazner. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made in Leo's name to St. Judes Memorial Hospital or the Denver Children's Hospital.
