He was predeceased by: his father Lee Tsosie Sr.; and his brother Lewellyn Tsosie. He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Tsosie Sr. Lemuel; his siblings, Lee C. Tsosie Jr., LeAndrea Krystal Ben-Yazzie and Corrina Draper; and his nephews, LeKean Carson Ben-Yazzie of Cortez and LeKeesin Keyshawn Ben-Yazzie of Cortez.
