She was predeceased by: her parents, Joan Hayward (Saraceno) and Floyd "Bud" Hayward Jr.; her brother Kevin; and her parents-in-law, Frank and Mary Shry.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Shry of Cortez, CO; her children, Greg Hayward Prescott of Durango, CO, Michael Robert Prescott (Samantha) of Durango, CO, Curtis Martin Shry (Andrea) of Cortez, CO and Erica Jean Shry (Henry) of Aztec, NM; her sisters, Kelley Holston (Michael) of Westford, MA and Debra Warwick (Ted) of Plant City, FL; her nieces and nephews, Kevin Michael Holston and Lyndsey Taylor Holston of Westford, MA; her grandchildren, Chance, Logan, Johnathan, Raeja, Scarlett, Paisley, Alexis of Kiara, J. J. and Hank; and her great grandchild Jerzie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
