She is survived by: her husband Gary Mahaffey of Cortez, CO; her children, Kenneth Mahaffey (Tammy) of Dolores, CO, Greg Mahaffey (Tina) of Yellow Jacket, CO, Tracy Keene (Wayne) of Cortez, CO, Tanis Knuckles (Kent) of Pleasant Grove, UT and Tasha Whatcott (Daryl) of Yellow Jacket, CO; her siblings, Dwayne 'Buzz Crowley (Reta) of Cortez, CO, Leo Crowley (Connie) of Flagstaff, AZ, Don Crowley (Sara) of Farmington, NM and Lisle Crowley (Brenda) of St. George, UT; and her grandchildren, Steven Mahaffey, Travis Mahaffey, Mathew Mahaffey, Taryn Hight, Kacee Mahaffey, Laurel Herzog, Trent Knuckles, Baylen Garza, Beau Garza, Chesleigh Keene and Whitney Keens.
