He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard George and Loreane Williams (Gale); his sons, Douglas Williams and Rick Williams; and his siblings, Gloria McVicker and Vic Carroll.

He is survived by: his wife Alma Joyce Williams (Hunt); his children, Clara Rasmussen of Dolores, Dennis Williams of Dolores and Peggy Williams of Dolores; and his sister Donna Oviatt of Price, Utah.
