Forrest Rahe Waggoner Obituary

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Franklin and Ivah Maude Waggoner (Armstrong); and his children, Forrest Waggoner (Wende) of Payson, Jerald Waggoner (Bobbie) of Montrose, Colo, Debra Loder (Dave) of Wickenburg, James Waggoner (Roberta) of New Mexico and Charlotte Quercia (Bob) of Prescott, Ariz.. He was also cherished by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
