He is survived by: his children, Donnie, Sandy (Stan Eubanks), Sonie (Matt Buffington), Shawna (Kenny McLaughlin) and Devan (Bobbie Steerman); his foster daughter Cammy; his daughter Elaine (David McGettrick); his wife Joy Steerman; his children, Don (Clea Steerman), Cammy (Brit Atkins) and Tracy Johnson (Rusty Hector) of Durango; his sister Beverly Armstrong of Littleton, CO; and his grandchildren, Michelle, Jeanette, James, Becca, Brandon, Casey, Marinda, Drew, Shayla, Haley, Ronni, Sarah, Taylah, Brittney, Justin, Kaitlin, Russel, Raley, Lenny, Elle, Wes, Joe, Mike and Jesse. He is also survived by his 23 great grandchildren.
