With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Connie Gurney (Cortez, Colorado), born in Kermit, Texas, who passed away on May 21, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Fogleman and Beatrice Fogleman; her granddaughter Mia Lynn Baxstrom; and her great grandchild Rosealin Bea Gurney. She is survived by: her husband Joe Gurney of Cortez, CO; her children, Marc Gurney (Elaine) of Cortez, CO, Mara Baxstrom (Luke) of Lewis, CO and Kristin McGervey (Broch) of Elk City, OK; and her sisters, Sue Sloan of Evanston, WY, Marilynn Fogleman of Gila, NM and Jolynne Haworth of Rock Springs, WY.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
