She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin and Luyza Small (Tibbits); her spouse Leslie A. Phillips Sr.; and her siblings, Gene Small, Frank Small, Frances Small and Patsy Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, Leslie A. Phillips Jr. (Ardella Martinez) of Cortez, CO, Frances Beasley (Dennis) of Farmington, NM, Robert Phillips of Cortez, CO and Kathrine Nowlin (Steve) of Dolores, CO; her siblings, Judy Byers, Billy Small of Farmington, NM and Hazel Goodrich; and her grandchildren, Angelina Shelby (Ray), Jason Nowlin, James Beasley (Melissa), Jessie Kimble, Heather Roe, Audrey Harrison (Jonas), Matthew Phillips (Heather) and Michael Phillips (Julie). She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
