He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Stinson Minnier and Mary Ann Grzybowski Minnier of Colorado; his sister Melissa Tipps (Benton Tipps); and his nephews, Brennan Tipps and Tyler Tipps of Arkansas. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
